Recruitment Process

Please note, dates may vary

1. Applications open (Early December)
2. Applications close (Mid-March)
3. Initial Assessments (Early April) - This assessment covers literacy, numeracy and basic engineering understanding.
4. Interviews (Late April) - Formal Interview with the Apprenticeship Manager
5. Hands-on Assessment (Mid-May) - Practical assessment with our training provider to examine the candidates’ hands-on-skills and ability to follow instructions.
6. Apprenticeship Offers (End of May)
