The marketing function is high profile and influential within the European organisation. Reporting to the European Marketing Manager this position will work closely with our businesses in the UK and continental Europe. Typical internship programme in the European Marketing Department will consist of the following projects and activities.


  • Support in delivering the company’s marketing strategy
  • Support in delivering both the communications (PR) and advertising plans
  • Support in organising of off-site exhibitions and internal customer sales promotions.
  • Support in development of digital marketing including social media activities.
  • Support in creating both online and off-line direct marketing initiatives
  • Working closely with agency partners across design/advertising, web, PR, exhibitions & events
  • Working with Product Managers to develop marketing ideas to ensure successful new product launches.

The internship offers wide range of experience in all fields of international marketing including close cooperation with many countries in Europe.

Junior Graphic Designer

Junior Graphic Designer – 6 months fixed contract

The marketing function is high profile and influential within the European organisation. Reporting to the European Marketing Manager this position will work closely with our businesses in the UK and continental Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to combine both their Graphic Design and Digital Marketing experience. The role is responsible for a wide range of marketing activities with a focus on graphic design, online marketing and catalogue creation.


  • Graphic design: responsible for sourcing, designing and adapting on/off line marketing collateral, product catalogues, images, graphics for events, preparing and supplying images.
  • On-line/email campaigns: work with the European Marketing Manager to create engaging, innovative and targeted on-line content and campaigns, prepare and send email campaigns from content/brief supplied (email, landing pages, message layout, campaign elements, etc.). Monitor success of such activity as required.
  • Social Media: upload videos, images and content to social media channels as required.
  • Training: support in assisting and training local marketing teams in on-line tools and best practices.
  • Back up support for colleagues in the countries and other members of the central team
  • Assist European Marketing Manager with any other marketing activity as required.

Personal Spec

  • Technology: Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and other vital graphic design software packages. Ability to learn about new web tools is essential. Basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage.
  • Creative, organised with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills and ability to learn about new technology/webtools
  • Experience in one or more other marketing activities such as social media, SEO/SEM, Google analytics, events, etc is an advantage as is a basic knowledge of HTML
  • Experience in cross border business/multicultural environment desired
  • 3+ years active experience in a design/marketing function
  • Experience in graphic design (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign)
  • Experience in on-line marketing and campaign development highly desirable

The purpose and remit of the CNC Machine Tool Service Engineer role:

  • Service and repair CNC Machines.
  • Work to schedules to ensure customer demands are met.
  • CNC fault diagnosis using PLC.
  • Provide customers with a first class service.
  • Ensure all activities are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.

  • Mechanical bias to take on Mechanical tasks as required and to have a good Electrical knowledge.

Machining Supervisor

Machining Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all components are delivered on time and in full at the correct quality with the efficient, cost effective and timely planning in line with production schedules and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Setting weekly plans and targets to ensure the team meet the required daily output
  • Monitoring the forecast figures to anticipate stock shortages
  • Preparing material requirements
  • Report daily on any issues with regards to supplying parts either internally or externally
  • Monitor and control budgets
  • Monitoring production running processes
  • Liaising with internal customers
  • Managing all aspects of the SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) daily responsibilities

Suitable candidates will have the following experience and knowledge:

  • An Engineering qualification to HND/Degree level
  • A Supervisory qualification to at least a level 3 standard
  • Proven track record in managing Machine Shops
  • High accuracy machining which will include Turning Centre, Machining Centre, and Grinding technology / methodology.
  • Process engineering / CNC programming / Mazatrol/Smooth control systems / Reading and understanding of component drawings.
  • Managing a three shift, seven day work pattern
  • Be an advocate of Six Sigma and Lean principles
  • Planning, improving, recording a team’s performance though visualisation and good communication techniques
  • Continuous improvement – leading and supporting a team to increase utilisation and performance
  • ‘Lights out’ and multi-machine manning
  • IT system based planning and measuring
  • Monitoring and controlling budgets

About the Job

We are looking for a pro-active & enthusiastic individual to support our Human Resource department in all aspects of a generalist HR role. The main purpose of this role will be to support the team on administrative tasks and reports but they will also have the opportunity to shadow our HR Advisor with disciplinary/sickness absence/grievance cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in either Human Resources or Business Admin in a busy environment.

Tasks will include but not exclusive to:
