Mazak brings multi-tasking and SMOOTH Technology to Autosport

Yamazaki Mazak will be giving debuts to its latest INTEGREX multi-tasking machine and its revolutionary SMOOTH Technology at Autosport Engineering 2016. Mazak will be exhibiting a new INTEGREX i-200ST, which offers a higher performance and greater workpiece capacity than any other multi-tasking machine in its class. The i-200ST is equipped with 5,000 rpm main and secondary spindles and a 12,000 rpm milling spindle, making it ideal for DONE-IN-ONE machining.

Mazak brings latest INTEGREX to Southern Manufacturing

Yamazaki Mazak will be showcasing its new INTEGREX i-200ST, complete with new CNC, at Southern Manufacturing 2016 (9-11 February). Mazak is a regular attendee at the Farnborough-based exhibition, and has a track-record of exhibiting cutting-edge machine tool technology, ideally suited to the show’s core visitors in the subcontract manufacturing sector.

Mazak brings a flavour of Italy to the UK with EMO Encore Open House

Yamazaki Mazak is bringing a flavour of Italy back to the UK with its traditional EMO Encore Open House. Scheduled from the 8-11th December 2015, at Mazak’s European Technology Centre in Worcester, EMO Encore is billed as the ideal opportunity for machine users, who were unable to travel to Milan, to experience the highlights of the show without leaving the UK.

World debuts for two new Mazak lasers at Blechexpo 2015

Yamazaki Mazak is giving world debuts to two new fibre laser cutting machines at Blechexpo 2015 in Stuttgart. The Mazak stand, which will be themed “It’s all about you’ to demonstrate the company’s continued commitment to its philosophy of focusing on its customers and their specific applications, will be situated in Hall 1 of the Stuttgart event.

Mazak brings latest machine tool technology to Manufacturing & Engineering North East

Yamazaki Mazak will be exhibiting its new INTEGREX i-100 BARTAC ST multi-tasking machine, with the new SMOOTHX CNC, at Manufacturing and Engineering North East 2015. The i-100ST is the latest addition to the INTEGREX range and features a large machining area with compact ergonomic design and highly accurate performance. It is capable of machining both round and prismatic workpieces from raw material with just one set up, one machine and one operator – DONE-IN-ONE.
